What a long weekend!

I'm pleased to announce that between the bar life, study trips, and some general buggery around the house, this past weekend was, in fact, rather lively. Highlights include: flea market lust, sabotaged beer, a dead man's bath, swarms of insects, an economy lesson from a philosopher, and so on. More on these later.

I'll start with a less exciting short post for now, though. I've found this little spot just behind where I live that gives a gorgeous view of the ocean and the rural communities around it. There's a bench there along a running path there... and I'm fond of parking myself there now for music and homework. Observe:

See me?

Small structures dot the seaside.

Even Icelandic graffito_wonks have got lovely design sensibilities.

You folks have got it backwards; leather is for pants, and denim is for shoes.

Stay tuned for more posts about the long weekend!
